Villa Bionda, Cittanova Istria

Aria is an apartment with an exceptional location, an apartment with the most beautiful view of the sea and the park in Novigrad. 60 m2 + 50 m2 terrace just for your enjoyment!

The master bedroom has a massive double bed with extra comfortable mattresses (24 cm high) and hypoallergenic pillows. A built-in electronic safe secures your valuables. The room has a direct exit to the terrace.

The living room is air-conditioned and has a pull-out sofa, although the couch is large enough to be comfortable when you come on holiday with children or friends. The LED UHD TV (148 cm) offers sports events, films or music for lunch or dinner. The living room has a direct exit to the terrace with a large table and sun loungers.

The kitchen has everything you need and in addition to the standard equipment (fridge, oven, stove) has the following:

• Microwave with grill
• Coffee machines (filter coffee/americano, mocha, espresso, turkish)
• Egg cooker
• Kettle
• Toaster
• Ice machine

The bathroom offers everything you need to refresh yourself after a swim, hike or bike ride. For an evening rendezvous there is also a pleasant room with a large mirror, great lighting, hairdryer, washing machine, comfortable chair...

A large terrace (50 m2) overlooking the park and the sea, the main city square, the Church of St. Pelagius, offers you a unique view of the unforgettable Novigrad sunset. To complete the experience, there are comfortable sun loungers and BBQ facilities.

La Villa dispone di cinque appartamenti di 60 m2 e un monolocale di 40 m2. Tutti gli appartamenti sono completamente attrezzati affinché voi- i nostri cari ospiti possiate godere di una vacanza spensierata.

La Villa Bionda con la sua posizione accanto alla piazza principale della città „Piazza Grande“ a pochi passi dal mare e dall'ombra del Parco del Vescovato cittanovese, vi garantisce una vacanza piacevole e rilassante a Cittanova e In Istria...

La signora Ines, la vostra ospite, e a vostra disposizione per tutte le domande durante le vacanze - organizzazione di escursioni, visite alle famose cantine vinicole istriane, raccomandazioni di ristoranti e trattorie,... Godiamo buoni vini, prepariamo specialità istriane, siamo i fondatori della famosa trattoria di Cittanova "Gatto Nero", semplicemente detto gli edonisti che condivideranno le loro esperienze con voi. Tranne il croato, parliamo inglese, tedesco, italiano e russo.
